Orihuela Costa Properties is an established, fully licensed and insured Spanish real estate company specialising primarily in new-build properties across the Costa Blanca and Costa Cálida.
Our experience in the property industry goes back many years. After working as an estate agent in the UK, I moved permanently to Spain in 2006 and have been involved in selling property here ever since. Nearly two decades of living and working locally has given us extensive knowledge of the Spanish property market, the different areas and developments, and, importantly, the buying process itself.
Today, Orihuela Costa Properties works directly with a wide network of established property developers and construction companies throughout the Costa Blanca and Costa Cálida, giving our clients access to an extensive selection of new-build apartments, villas, townhouses and investment properties.
As an independent new-build property specialist, we are not restricted to one developer or development. This allows us to listen to what each client is looking for and recommend properties from across the market that genuinely match their requirements, location and budget.
