Very nice penthouse in a luxury apartment complex. The property consists of a cosy living/dining room with access to a huge covered terrace, which can be completely closed with glass. There are 2 double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom. There is also a guest bathroom, where the hot water boiler hangs and the washing machine is located. If you go to the solarium via a fixed interior staircase, you come to a very spacious terrace with a shower, for any cooling on a hot day.The penthouse was built only in 2018 and is as good as new.
