The large panoramic windows can be opened completely so that you can sit and sunbathe in the living room!You enter a hall with the first bedroom on the left, then the kitchen that opens up to the living room with a bar counter. There is another large bedroom facing the nice view and the tastefully renovated bathroom.The apartment has newly installed air conditioning for both heating and cooling and double-glazed windows have been installed that provide extra good insulation for both heat and cold and also dampens noise from the street.In the community there is a large, shared pool and a shared roof terrace.
